Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Deliveries outside the UK mainland are all subject to extra delivery charges, please contact us so we can help you sort the order for you.
Returns
If you have any problem regarding the item, weather it is faulty or damaged, please feel free to contact us before opening a return request. While placing an order, please make sure your equipment is compatible with this item, otherwise you’ll have to pay the return postage. In some cases if the item is in used or damaged condition, we will issue a partial refund.
You have 30 days from placing your order to return an item to us. We do not accept returns on items that have been used/installed but we will offer a replacement for a faulty item.
We will issue full refund only if the item is received with it's full, original packaging and falls within the outlined time frame. Before we issue a refund, we reserve the right to have the goods inspected by our in-house technicians prior to replacement or refund.
